A PLACE WITH A BOLD PERSONALITY FOUNDED IN INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE
Mills, docks, water and broad horizons reinvented as a 50-acre vibrant heart for the Royal Docks and new destination for London. A transformation that will see Millennium Mills restored, and the creation of 1.8 million sq ft of next- generation workspace, over 6,000 new homes for every stage of life, and new space for cultural and community events.
A new town centre with shops, restaurants, leisure, bars and cafes will bring the Royal Docks together, while activities in and on the dock will transform London’s relationship with its water and promote healthy active lifestyles.
Coming back to life thanks to a unique partnership of local people, the public sector, and experienced city-shaping specialists Lendlease, Silvertown is the hero of London’s most important regeneration story.
A home to be proud of; a purposeful place of business; a dockside destination that inspires. Somewhere to celebrate East London’s pioneering past and brighter-than-ever future.
